We are able to recondition cylinder liners & pistons across the majority of engine ranges at our works.

We have specialised grinding machines available for machining liner sealing faces if required.
We are also able to hone & deglaze liner bores which can increase the service life of liners & piston rings, remove light scoring & also reduce lubricating oil consumption. |
Pistons are cleaned & crack detected around critical areas. Any necessary machining is carried out with ring grooves being opened out or on two piece pistons crown to skirt expansion gaps being machined to ensure correct clearances are obtained. Two piece pistons are also pressure tested & report prepared upon completion detailing all work undertaken.
