Valve cages
To assist with customers engine planned maintenance we are able to offer a full reconditioning service to exhaust valve cages.

Upon arrival in our works all cages are stripped down & cleaned using the latest chemical cleaning machines. All parts are inspected & calibrations taken & recorded where necessary.
If possible valves & seats are machined using specialised air & electrically operated portable grinding machines which are capable of operating to the finest tolerances. |
If the seating area is found to be beyond manufacturers recommended tolerances we can arrange for the nose cone to be renewed.
The cages are hydraulically pressure tested to ensure a sound & satisfactory repair is affected. All work undertaken is fully guaranteed offering complete customer satisfaction.
Upon completion report sheets are prepared detailing all works undertaken.
